# Camera LED light replacement Procedure

## This guide provides step-by-step instructions for replacing the LED light

**Tool required:** 

> 5mm Allen Key

1\. Locate **connector CN10** and carefully remove the cable.

2\. Use a **marker pen** to mark the position of the cover and components. This ensures accurate reassembly.

3\. Using a **5mm Allen key**, unscrew and remove the cover.

4\. Remove the protective sleeve.  
Gently **pull out the LED light** from its housing, taking care not to damage the wiring or lens.

5\. Carefully remove the existing O-ring.  
Inspect the groove for any debris or wear.

**Refit the New Camera LED light**

- Install the **new O-ring**, ensuring it is seated properly and evenly.
- Reinsert the **new LED light** and reassemble the sleeve and cover using the alignment marks.

Ensure the new LED lens and housing interior are clean and free of debris before insertion.

- Reconnect the cable to CN10.
- Restore power and test the system to confirm proper operation.
