If your new pH probe is not being recognized by the system it may require decommissioning the old probe and commissioning the new probe
Access calibration and commissioning
1) Click utility Menu and enter the password to access the calibration and commissioning information section
The password can be obtained from the Rivertrace Engineering Team.
2) Click " Decommission" and remove the old probe pH probe replacement
3) Install the new probe and click " Commission" pH probe replacement
