Smart ESM Settings download and reload using USB memory Stick (Settings Management)

This settings management page which allows users to clone the settings by saving the settings to a USB and loading them into another system.

To download the setting;

Step 1:  Plug a USB flash drive into the USB port located at the bottom right of the SMART ESM Monitor.

Step 2: Navigate to the Utility Menu and input the password supplied by the Rivertrace Engineering team.

**Important Information:**

**Password:**  Obtain the special  password from Rivertrace Engineering to proceed with the login.

Step 3: Navigate to the Application Menu and select 'Setting Management'.

Step 4: Choose the 'Save to Flash Drive' option. This action will initiate the transfer of settings from the ESM monitor to your USB flash drive.

Step 5: Once the settings have been successfully saved,  eject the USB flash drive from the SMART ESM Monitor.
The saved settings will be stored in a file named 'Settings.xml'.

 

New Installation Procedure

Step 1: After replacing the new ESM processor PCB, insert the USB flash drive into the ESM and select the 'Load from Flash Drive' option 


Step 2: Choose the 'Settings.xml' file and then proceed to click 'Load' to initiate the process. 

The settings will automatically load and a message will appear to confirm completion.
