Overview of the Debubbler
Procedure:
Step 1: Remove screws and bracket (6).
Step 2: Disconnect Inlet/outlet tubing (4) & (5).
Step 3: Remove the Automatic Air Vent (1).
Handle with caution due to its weight.
Step 4: Remove debubbler outlet cup (2)
Handle with caution due to its weight.
Step 5: Remove the small tube
Handle with care; it is acrylic.
Step 6. Remove debubbler inlet cap (3)
Handle with caution due to its weight.
Step 7: After dismantling all parts, mix a small amount of mild dish soap with warm water and clean all the parts , avoiding abrasive cleaners.
Inspect all tubes and O-rings, replacing any damaged or scratched components.
Liquids to Avoid
- Alcohol: Can cause the acrylic to crack or become cloudy.
- Acetone: Can soften, craze, or even dissolve the acrylic.
- Ammonia: Found in many glass cleaners, can damage the surface
Reassemble components in reverse order, ensuring O-rings are fitted and tubes are properly seated.
