How to download and update it on ESM
Procedure:
Step 1. Download the software and transfer it to a USB flash drive.
Obtain the necessary software from Rivertrace.
Step 2. Connect the USB cable to ESM.
Step 3. After connecting the USB, the status will display in the bottom right corner.
Step 4. The screen will display "Software Upgrade." Wait for it to finish.
Do not interact with the device during the automatic software upgrade.
