Wiring Diagram for SMART Bilge

Connecting wiring to Bilge's Terminal

Flow switch (Smart Bilge + )

The cable from the flow Switch must plug into the header on the PCB marked “FLOW SW”, shown in the photo below

Notes: This connection is for smart bilge +  model.

Alarm 1 and alarm 2

Vessel needs to provide the main supply voltage at J1 and link 1 wire at J4. Link 2 wire to ODV taken from J1 as shown in the photo, and the other wire from ODV connects to port 3 at J4.

Notes: J4 -1 (Common), J4-3 (Normally Open Contact)

Smart Bilge Electrical Connections (if there is a separate discharge and return to Bilge valve)

J1 is connected to the main supply voltage, J4 is connected to the overboard control valve, and J5 connections: connect one wire from the buzzer to terminal 1 (Common) and another to terminal 3 (NO). When the relay activates, terminal 3 will close the circuit, allowing current to flow to the buzzer and sound the alarm.

Separator Status SW1

Separator input status wiring (SW1) for separators with spare volt-free N/O contacts that close when the OWS is running.

Notes: SW1- 5V DC from PCB, SW1- Switch In

Separator input status wiring(SW1) for separators without spare volt-free N/O contacts that close when the OWS is running:

Notes: SW1- 5V DC from PCB, SW1- Switch In
